Payment - $200 refundable damage/booking deposit due upon booking. Full balance is due the day BEFORE party set-up. (deposit is not included in total)

Theme Confirmation - Your theme and any add-ons must be confirmed 7 days before the party date. No changes to be made after this time.

Party Area - Cleared of furniture and clean prior to arrival time. Adequate space is required.

• Indoor tent set-up area is approximately the size of a twin size bed for each teepee.

• Outdoor tent set-up area needs to be approximately 35 feet x 35 feet. If you are unsure if your space is big enough we will gladly swing by to check it out. Area must be free of animal droppings.

Smoke Free Party Location - Glamping Guru has the right to forfeit a party set-up if location has any type of tobacco odor. 

No Art Supplies - In tents, on bedding, or rugs. This includes slime, paint, markers, makeup, or nail polish. We encourage dry craft projects. 

No Pets - In tents, on bedding, or rugs.  Please watch male dogs around the outside of the tent as they like to hike it ;)

Adult supervision - Climbing, jumping, pulling, running on and/or defacing Glamping Guru property is prohibited. These actions could cause injuries that Glamping Guru cannot be not held responsible or liable for. 

Rental Equipment - Any damaged, lost, or stolen items that belong to Glamping Guru will incur a cost equal to its replacement.  

Décor pillows - Not for sleeping purposes, we ask that all campers provide their own personal sleeping pillows. 

Food and Beverage - We kindly request that only dry snacks and clear beverages be consumed in the tents or on the bedding or rugs. Please nothing greasy, sticky, colored, or messy, as these can destroy the linens.
